Role Description – Learning Support Assistant
Are you seeking school based experience before potentially joining the teaching profession? Our incredible partner school is looking for passionate and driven Graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants for the upcoming academic year (2024-2025). This would be a full-time position, Monday- Friday, during term time only. Short listed candidates will be fast tracked to interview on-site next week.

Learning Support Assistant Job Details:
In-class support for students with diverse educational needs
Assist teachers and students during lessons, ensuring engagement and support
Participate in school clubs during or after school
Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a true role model to students
Monitor and evaluate student's progress
Attend and participate in school-wide training and meetings
Support with specific subjects in secondary classes (English, maths, science, etc)
Graduate Specification:
Mathematics
English
Science
Humanities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in one of the above subjects (minimum 2:1)
Ideally some experience working with students
Confident with the UK based curriculum
UK right to work - valid visa - NO Sponsorship required
