Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and conscientious Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet quality standards and protect our brand's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with BRC and ISO standards.
* Oversee and update the Quality Management System.
* Lead the HARA team and manage the site HARA plan.
* Conduct internal and external audits, addressing any issues.
* Set and monitor quality and compliance objectives.
* Manage supplier approvals and equipment calibration.
* Maintain site policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
* Lead crisis management exercises and report compliance updates.
Skills and Attributes:
* Experience with BRC and ISO compliance.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in MS Office.
