Sales Ledger Administrator

Kingswinford

My Brierley Hill based client is seeking someone to join their Sales Ledger Department on a permanent basis. They are in a major growth phase, and this role is great opportunity for a methodical, experienced Accounts Administrator. You will have responsibility for your own portfolio of accounts, with a range of duties that will include:

- Creating records for new customers and updating spreadsheets

- Raising invoices and generating information required to ensure smooth payment

- Working closely with the Management Accountants to respond to queries swiftly and accurately

- Generating the paperwork to issue refunds & credit notes

- Dealing with intercompany recharges

- Reconciliation of accounts in preparation for month end

- Processing/analysing financial information to produce reports for senior management

This will be an exciting role, with plenty of scope to be a key element in a vibrant, innovative team, and to develop your skills across other areas of transactional finance. New systems and process improvements are planned for 2024, so this will also offer you the chance to be part of a variety of projects.
