HR Administrator

All about the role
We require an experienced Administrator who will support our team with all the HR administration, this will include creating and amending contracts and offer letters right through to the preparation of data and reports, slides and presentations. This is a key administrative role for the business, based at our Bradford HQ, it is an in-house role, working Monday to Friday either full time or part time hours daily.
Duties will include
Creating and amending contracts, letters, and documents
Managing onboarding, compliance and carrying out right to work checks
Keeping all personnel records up to date
Preparation of data and reports, slides & presentation details
Making sure all documents and forms are up-to-date and fit for purpose and are available for easy access to relevant personnel
Managing calls and emails
Carry out driver checks
Attending meetings to take notes and transcribe as required
Being an ambassador for the team, ensuring all queries are managed in a timely and professional manner
Working to all GDPR requirements with the upmost confidentiality and sensitivity
Any Adhoc duties that the role/your team or the business requires
Although Bradford based, you will need to be able to drive to attend meetings at other sites when necessary

Skills/Experience Required
Experience in a similar HR administrative role, used to producing and managing sensitive and confidential documents
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Demonstrate a successful track record of well-developed interpersonal skills, able to liaise at all levels
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ability to work independently & to tight deadlines is paramount
Able to think outside of the box, ask the right questions and produce excellent work
Team driven, with an engaging and positive outlook, able to work hard and achieve deadlines with a smile
Full UK Driving license
