An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Product Technical team in our London office. You will provide all round administrative support for the Footwear and Accessories Product Technologist with efficient processes, while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of footwear manufacture.
With excellent organisational and time management skills you will be responsible for managing the department critical path to a high level of accuracy, reporting directly to the F&A Technologist. Delivering exceptional administrative support to the team to ensure key dates are met and product runs on time, whilst continually prioritising your workload to be in line with the demands of the department and the wider business.

About the Role
Understanding the development process. Working closely with other teams, primarily buying under the guidance of the Product Technologist.
Working together with the Product Technologist & Buyers to arrange fit meetings.
Preparing & participating in fit meetings, Updating fit sheets from Protos to production.
Assisting the Product Technologist with inspecting samples for technical improvements on the quality & functionality of the shoes.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure fit samples are received & sent back in a timely manner to maintain the company critical path.
Manage the sealing samples & ensuring they are stored correctly.
Working with the BAA’s to book samples in & out – for press, photography & anything going back to suppliers.
Managing wearer trials in a timely manner.
Updating the testing tracker & learning the importance of testing.
Research & market analysis, including store visits.
Ensure all filing systems/record keeping systems are maintained & always up to date.
About You
Footwear construction knowledge essential
University degree with focus on Footwear design/tech preferred
Competent in English and Maths to GCSE standard
Good computer skills (Excel essential)
