Schedule: Weekdays, 09:00 – 17:00
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £26 per hour
What You'll Do: As a community-based RMN, your role is crucial in delivering top-notch care to patients. Here's a glimpse of your day-to-day:
Community Visits: Regularly visit patients in their homes to ensure their needs are met.
Medication Administration: Provide timely medication to treat patients effectively.
Patient Interaction: Engage with patients to understand their conditions, offering support and tracking their progress.
Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure patient safety and create a secure environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Active NMC Registration: You must be registered as a mental health nurse.
Community Experience: Previous experience in a community setting is essential.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is key, especially under pressure.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
