Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Contract Manager to begin work for a well-established company in the Deeside area.
About the role:
* Working Hours - Full-time - Monday to Friday
* Pay Rate - £350 per day
* Preparing a Contract Manual detailing obligations, scope, and responsibilities.
* Managing correspondence with the Employer, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to protect the company's interests.
* Creating and updating a follow-up table to ensure timely completion of correspondence.
* Evaluating notifications from Subcontractors and Suppliers, and finalising claims with necessary evidence.
* Preparing and managing budgets and cash flows, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
* Preparing progress payments and reports, and ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
* Managing final account negotiations and the handover process for project acceptance certificates.
* Tracking project performance and reporting deviations to relevant departments.
* Long-term work for the right candidate.
* Start: ASAP (Interview first)
About You:

* You must be a qualified Contract Manager
* Proven experience in managing contracts and claims
* Strong knowledge of budget preparation and cash flow management
* Proficiency in using SAP for updating quantities and budgets
