We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project.

Responsibilities:
* Review, evaluation, drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts,
* Advise and support the project director, managers, and engineers on implementing contracts and contracting strategies,
* Support teams in negotiation with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve the optimum strategy for the company; attend contract negotiation meetings with customers, subcontractors, vendors, etc. along with the business line owner to provide consultative support when required,
* As one of the critical key responsible for new business contract negotiations, advise and support tender teams in business development, ensure that all risks and liabilities are specifically defined and kept at a minimum prior to signing the contract,
* To prepare an official letter for notifications received from the Client and send the notifications to the Client (suspension, termination, penalty, notice of delay, violation notice, dispute, force majeure, c...
