Process customer orders and issue pro-forma invoices/invoices
Act as the first point of contact, providing product information and options to meet customer needs
Handle sample requests and follow-up calls to determine customer requirements
Resolve any issues or queries related to the supply of goods
Contact customers regarding unpaid invoices and address any concerns
Handle monies received and maintain customer database/records
Assist with general administration duties, including supporting accounts with statements, overdue reminders, and copy invoices
Provide cover for colleagues when necessaryEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong focus on customer and sales support
Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and Word
Numerically literate with good attention to detail
