Hours - 9am-5pm

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator on a temporary basis for our client in Glasgow.
The office is located within Glasgow City Centre, and is easily accessible via public transport
The ideal candidate will be available immediately and will have previous experience of providing business support to a busy team.
The function of the role will be to provide a high standard of administration support to the HR team. You will be accomplished at handling multiple deadlines, providing business support in a fast-paced environment, and will have excellent communication skills.
We will only be shortlisting candidates who are available to start immediately and can commit to the length of the assignment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Liaising with staff and dealing with key HR issues such as sickness & return to work plans
HR correspondence
Data management - ensuring files are up to date
Monitoring holidays, absence and lieu time
Coordinating new starters to the business
Compiling HR reports and feeding information back to management
Scanning and filing documents into a new, digital HR platform.
Candidate requirements:
Previous HR experience (desirable)
Awareness of importance of confidentiality in handling sensitive issues.
Outstanding administration skills
A pro-active approach to work
