About the role:
* Office hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, however, we would look for a flexible approach.
* Rate: £35,000 per annum

Assisting with disciplinary and grievance minutes as well as supporting the senior management team with all performance management procedures

All aspects of HR related administration
*
Carrying out return to work interviews and monitoring absences
*
Assisting with new employee inductions
*
Arranging necessary training for employees, liaising with the senior management team to ensure requirements are met
*
Recruitment – job advertisements, arranging and conducting interviews and job offers
* Parking available.
* Start: Subject to interview.
