Salary guide: £22,500 with realistic on target earnings of £28,000 and uncapped commission.
Work hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5:30pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities:
Perform a high number of outbound calls to successfully and empathetically collect monies owed
Provide customers with efficient and effective solutions that satisfy both parties by arranging repayment plans
Handle inbound calls and deal with queries relating to customer accounts
Record all customer communications on the CRM
Skills and Experience:
Experience in an outbound telephone-based customer service role
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of collections and credit control would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Confident, positive, with a 'can-do’ attitude
Strong telephone manner with the ability to effectively handle objections and liaise at all levels
