Red Recruitment is recruiting a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer in Kidderminster to join our client, a telecoms and technology company who are recognised as a leader in their field. They offer 24/7 support to their customers based all across the UK.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum and is Monday to Friday only.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.45am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.45am - 5pm

Casual dressKey Responsibilities of a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer:
Being the escalation point for customers' technical issues, investigating challenging problems and helping to resolve customer queries
Taking ownership of complex issues to resolution and providing technical support
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, in accordance with the job role performed
Working to move the technical solution forward and reduce the recurrence of issues
Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issuesKey Skills and Experience of a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer:
High level technical experience gained in a hands-on-role
You should have experience in:
Windows and MAC desktop operating systems
O365 Administration/O365 Exchange
Microsoft Intune
Server Administrative Tools
Firewalls and Switches
VMWare
Citrix
