Job DescriptionOur client is a powerful Industry body, who represent some of our best loved brands.The Membership and Data Assistant is the person primarily responsible for the member contact data, management of its CRM system and support with data inputting in support of the finance manager. Full training on the organization’s CRM system will be given. There will also be opportunity to support the Events Manager during the lead up to key events, of which there are 6 per year and for the right candidate, the opportunity to support in the maintenance and updating of the company's website. Finally, the role will/can support in analysis of data relating to member engagement. This is an extremely varied role.This role will report to the Membership Manager and work closely with the membership, marketing, and finance teams. This role will also lead development of the CRM and how the team use and implement it, for their data and membership management roles (retention and recruitment of members). Additionally you will support in analysing CRM data to aid communications, and to provide data analytics on success of communications or member engagement, to help drive a membership retention and recruitment strategy. Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesActive maintenance, updating and development of member records on CRM systemResearching prospect dataData segmentation to drive effective communications to membersSupporting the membership renewal processMember engagement data analysisHold expert knowledge of the CRM system and train the UKH team on best practice useUse CRM to support the business and its operational processesSupport on event registration process and other event admin/logisticsWebsite maintenance & updatesEngagement with and development of the UKH member portalData analysis on campaign successProvide admin support to the Finance Manager around data inputting into the finance system.Key SkillsThey are looking for a team player, who can work on their own initiative and is highly organised.
