Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Social Media Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for social media advertising, social media marketing, communication, community management, and digital marketing. They will be tasked with creating and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. The Consultant will also be responsible for advertising properties, managing property portals, social media accounts, creating captivating content, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Ideal candidate will have:
At least 2-3 years experience
Excellent Social Media Advertising and Social Media Marketing skills
Impressive communication skills
Community Management skills
Digital Marketing skills
Experience creating and implementing marketing strategies
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics
Strong creative and writing skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field an advantage
