Day to Day Duties:
Operate the school reception / switchboard, handling all calls with professionalism and courtesy, taking messages, and ensuring their transmission.
Welcome all visitors, staff, parents, and students in a friendly manner, ensuring adherence to safeguarding procedures.
Collect and manage safeguarding documentation, liaising with the HR Manager as necessary.
Maintain the reception/ switchboard area and adjacent meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and well-presented.
Provide general administrative support, including word processing, dispatching post, and drafting student references.
Assist with deliveries, ensuring safe storage of packages and arranging the reception cover rota.
