My client is seeking an HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in the employee relations area of the organisation. This strategic and operational position involves driving business initiatives and providing client advisory services to ensure effective management and employee relations.
Day to day of the role: Develop and implement people strategies and plans that drive business performance.
Provide proactive support in the delivery of HR processes and build strong relationships with key client contacts and their employees.
Assess risks and identify gaps in employee relation processes, facilitating the management and internal consultancy team to deliver optimal solutions for employee retention and development.
Design key job positions and succession plans, challenge organisational structure, and actively design improvements.
Manage sensitive employee, manager, and team issues, building positive employee relations and planning for future change/issues.
Review client tasks and suggest proactive, future-thinking projects to prevent issues, resolve problems, and drive team collaboration.
Serve as the key point of contact for high-level client queries, recommend solutions to add value, and build relationships across teams.
