Job Title: Helpdesk and Scheduling Administrator
Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge
Hours: Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00pm)
Remuneration: From £24,000 to £26,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Liaise with Electrical & Mechanical Engineers to schedule maintenance jobs across different sites.
Work alongside Account Managers and Engineers to schedule jobs in a recognised global commercial service.
Manage the CRM system and handle incoming enquiries as first line support.
Raise Purchase Orders and Invoices.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Utilise Excel confidently to perform required tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.Your new place of work:
