About the Role: We're on the lookout for an organised and proactive Office Manager / Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on role, with a particular focus on finance and administrative tasks. You'll also provide wider support to ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently. It's a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn on the job, and build a meaningful career with us.

What You'll Be Doing:

Business Admin:

  1. Booking travel.
  2. Scheduling team away days & meetings.

Finance Admin:

  1. Credit control.
  2. Expenses tracking.

Office Organisation:

  1. Manage and organise samples.
  2. Keep the office stocked.
  3. Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance efficiency.

HR Support:

  1. Assist in recruitment processes.
  2. Maintain and update employee records.
  3. Monitor employee attendance, holidays, and leave records.

Event Support:

  1. Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  2. Research and book event spaces.
  3. Lead capture and follow up.

Marketing Support:

  1. Support on general marketing activities some examples below:

Create and schedule social media content.

Conduct market research.

Wider Team Support:

  1. Be ready to support different areas of the business as required.

Other:

  1. Maintain effective internal and external communication channels.
  2. Implement organisational systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  3. Implement and maintain organisational systems for documentation and record-keeping.
  4. Onboarding for new starters.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience in an office management, admin, or finance support role.
  2. Experience in a start-up or fast paced office environment.
  3. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  4. Strong communicator, both written and spoken.
  5. A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  6. Friendly, approachable, and proactive.
  7. Full of ideas and keen to share them to help the business grow.
  8. Confident using Google Drive, Docs, Slides, and managing emails.
  9. A culture champion who loves fostering a positive team vibe.
