As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business by acquiring new partners and customers. If you have a passion for IT and Sales, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS environment, this role is perfect for you.
As part of the Growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new partners and customers to expand our market presence. Your primary focus will be on driving new business rather than managing existing partnerships. You will proactively build relationships, generate leads, and close deals with potential partners who will introduce Workspace 365 to their customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a new business strategy to acquire partners and customers.
- Proactively identifying and engaging potential partners to expand our network.
- Applying the MEDDICC sales methodology to qualify leads, manage sales processes effectively, and drive revenue growth.
- Presenting Workspace 365’s SaaS solutions to potential customers and partners.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and success for new partners.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieving sales targets.
Ideally you will have:
- 5 years experience within SaaS sales, new business development or partner acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and SaaS environments.
- Experience with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to challenge potential partners with critical questions and a consultative sales approach.

- Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience with a 60/40 bonus structure
