Their cutting-edge platform integrates seamlessly into existing tech stacks, providing real-time planning, predictive analysis, and financial optimisation for delivery teams and projects. With strong backing from world-renowned investors, they are looking to hire a high-achieving sales professional to join their growing team.

The role

We are seeking an experienced account executive to sell AI-powered project management and resource planning software into marketing agencies, consultancies, professional services, and software and IT organisations.

This fully remote role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, engaging directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers, including:

  1. Operational leadership - COO, SVP and VP operations, head of operations
  2. Professional services leadership - VP, director, head of professional services
  3. Project leadership - CPO, VP projects, head of projects

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing their own pipeline, delivering compelling online demonstrations, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with solution consultants to showcase the full platform within your first 30 days.

Experience required

  1. Minimum two years of experience in a new business, new logo sales role, specifically within marketing agencies, consultancies, professional services, or software and IT sectors
  2. Proven success in generating and closing new business opportunities in the same industry and engaging with the same senior stakeholders
  3. Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills, following a structured sales methodology

The package for account executive

  1. Basic salary: £60,000 - £65,000
  2. Commission: £65,000 OTE, paid monthly
  3. Benefits: Private medical, pension, and share options
