Account Executive

Manchester – Remote (Fully flexible working)

Our client is scaling rapidly, and we are on the hunt for a self-driven and accomplished professional with hands-on sales expertise in the software arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the growth of our UK market with the support of a Sales Development Representative (SDR), managing the entire sales cycle.
  2. Manage and update our CRM (Hubspot) with precision, allowing transparent communication of vital metrics to our team.
  3. Collaborate seamlessly with our Sales and Marketing teams to laser-target leads efficiently.
  4. Showcase the unparalleled advantages of our software to prospects and guide them through compelling demonstrations.
  5. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
  6. Negotiate terms, prepare contracts meticulously, and ensure diligent follow-up.
  7. Analyse industry trends strategically, contributing valuable insights for business strategies and identifying new opportunities.
  8. Attend networking events and conferences with an insatiable appetite for industry knowledge, positioning yourself as an expert.
  9. Exceed quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  10. Accurately forecast sales activity, manage the pipeline, and achieve revenue goals.

Person:

  1. Demonstrable success in selling technology solutions, ideally within the cyber security sector.
  2. Rich history of selling SaaS solutions, preferably within the cyber security.
  3. Track record of not just reaching but exceeding sales targets.
  4. Adept at sales methodologies and best practices.
  5. Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  6. Outstanding collaborative spirit, thriving in a vigorous, yet compact team environment.
  7. Polished presentation and communication skills, articulating value propositions with clarity and influence.
  8. Self-motivated, with the independence to spearhead initiatives.
  9. A relentless pursuit of excellence and commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
