Graduate First Line Service Desk Analyst

The First Line Analyst is a hybrid role with the majority of shifts being performed in our HQ in Leatherhead, Surrey. The role will run on our shift patterns and is an intrinsic part of the Service Centre department, whose primary responsibility is to take receipt of all incoming support tickets, emails and phone calls from our clients. The First Line Support Analyst will begin a triage process, in order to resolve cases in a timely and effective manner, thus upholding our service levels.

So, what do we need from you?

Graduate with a Computer / IT related Degree or Masters (would also consider IT related subjects in Further Education)

Or instead you could have existing IT support experience and looking to further your career.

You will be strongly self motivated and be able to keep a focus on development despite also performing adequately the tasks you are currently skilled at.

You will have a passion for IT and ideally be looking to move into a career centered around anything Network or Cloud based.

You will have a good understanding of Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

You will have heard of Office 365 and may have used programmes such as SharePoint previously.

You will be eager to learn and happy to ask questions when you do not understand.

You will will understand the need for a professional, calm and friendly manner at all times.

You will be comfortable communicating professionally and concisely both verbally and in written form.

You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and thrive when under pressure – you like the challenge of multitasking and understand the need for deadlines.

A willingness to engage with and participate fully in the 24 hour support shift rota
