POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an organised and diligent Payroll & Human Resources Nordics administrator. Working closely with the central HR team you will contribute to people priorities and processes across Payroll and HR. This role will be approx. 70% on the payroll admin side.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Prepare employee documentation and ensure that information in the HRIS is up to date and correct in a timely fashion including salary and benefits, job titles etc.
Collating payroll and timesheet data for country payrolls in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Assisting with documenting of the key HR processes
Administrative support for the CE HRBP
Support on the delivery of other ad hoc projects as they arise
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Highly organised individual with a key eye for attention to detail.
Knowledge and understanding of both generalist Payroll & HR best practices
Ability to manage confidential information
Ability to approach all situations in an agile way and to adapt and deal with the unexpected
Confident, lots of high energy, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to “get things done”
Good at building relationships
2-5 years payroll admin experience
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish & English. Danish would be desirable but not essential.
