About the job:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to lead the regional admin team. Based in Alloa, the Regional Administrator is responsible for providing effective and efficient administration support for the teams who deliver direct support in the Central and Lothian Area Services.

In this role, you will:

* Lead on the delivery of high quality administrative support for the Central and Lothian regions in line with GDPR

* Oversee and support with all stages of recruitment including the onboarding process, and safer recruitment checks whilst being a signatory for Disclosure Scotland PVG Application forms

* Develop and maintain the charity’s local administration, financial and personnel systems and records

* Lead the office team to act responsively as a welcoming first point of enquiry for colleagues, external agencies and visitors to the service
