On offer:
Salary is £28,000 - £32,000 pro rata.
Working Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9am – 5pm (24 hours per week)
Hybrid working
The role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working closely with them on a mix of company and personal matters as required.
Providing administrative support to Managing Director
Maintaining MD’s calendars, organising and scheduling meetings, and arranging video conferences where required
Assisting on personal administrative tasks such as liaison with house maintenance suppliers
Maintaining holiday records and absence management
Communicate with wider team on organisational needs
The candidate:
Experience working in a similar EA role supporting an MD. Financial Services background would be advantageous.
Be able to work independently, manage a busy workload and with a high degree of confidentially.
Organised, have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator with people at all levels.
