The Role
As an entry-level Customer Service candidate, you will be guided through various aspects of the sector under the mentorship of our experienced professionals. The programme focuses on specific knowledge around Customer Service which is a skill required to work within any sector. Through completion of the programme all candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of what is needed to be qualified in Customer Service.
Key areas for development
During your time with us, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in Customer Service and to learn to demonstrate and share new and existing skills. You will improve your knowledge around providing customer service, understanding how this impacts the organisation including how to effectively handle complaints. During the programme you will also understand the principes of customer service and how to understand needs and expectations. You will also understand the importance if legislations and how to maintain effective teamwork.
Responsibilities
· A good communicator who works well individually within a wider team environment.
· Basic IT skills.
· Responsible for dealing with visitors.
· Supporting both internal and external customers. Speaking both face to face and on the phone.
· Supporting the rest of the organisation.
· Administration including record keeping.
· Work within the Health and Safety guidelines including keeping areas clean, safe and well maintained.
