We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our clients customer care team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound enquiries from customers.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Maintain and update customer records accurately.

Track and follow up on the status of ongoing tasks and enquiries.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
Key requirements:

Administrative experience in an office setting is highly desirable.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or NHS call centre environment.
